in a lavish wedding ceremony. They tied the knot yesterday evening at a hotel in Mumbai. As per the statement of Bipasha's friend, “It was a fairy tale wedding for Bipasha. Ever since her childhood, she had dreamt of a traditional wedding ceremony in Bengali style. Although Karan is a Punjabi, he enjoyed the Bengali wedding.” Both the families enjoyed the cross-cultural marriage. Karan’s family was enthusiastic in knowing the Bengali customs. Shenai replaced the Dhol and Bhangra. Haldi ceremonies were held. The wedding rituals started around 7 Pm. Bipasha dressed in a red and white Bengali sari and Karan was dressed in a white Sherwani with Tapor. Bipasha’s mom said, "We have waited so long to see her get married and are happy she has found the man of her dreams. Our blessings are always with her and our happiness lies in hers.
