, the director of 'Kapoor and Sons,' was a bit afraid of Fawad Khan's character in the film. In the movie, Fawad plays the role of a homosexual man which is still a sensitive topic in our society.
Fawad was pretty nervous about the role says the director but we would joke about it all the time. Shakun was relieved when the film was accepted well at the box office and by the audience.
It's nice to see people watch a film for the story and not only for entertainment says the director.
