Much to the dismay of fans, Kapil Sharma’s show will not be aired on television. The fact that it has entertained the audience for over three years is something commendable, but the way in which the show has reached its end is to be pondered about. When the audience were all set to see the last show of the rocking series they were in for a surprise when the channel aired Comedy Nights Bachao, a comedy show that has been recently released. This caught the ire of the loyal fans of Comedy Nights With Kapil and in fact, many resolved to ignore Comedy Nights Bachao.
It is learnt that Kapil, who is the producer of the show, and the channel, had friction. Reportedly, Kapil’s stand is that the channel is giving priority to another show which has a resemblance to his show’s name. We learn that the attitude of Kapil is not the main reason for the rift, it is because Kapil had requested for a huge sum as profit from Colors. Colors, on its part, didn’t pay the money, and there started the friction. Color is yet to confirm this allegation. In the meantime, it is learnt that Kapil will be seen on another channel. Well, that’s some good news for the fans, right?
