has been bailed out. A local court in Noida granted him bail on a double surety of Rs. 50000 each.
But what was Elvish arrested for? In November 2023, the local police raided a club, where they found traces of snake venom, a prohibited drug substance. Since Elvish had attended the party, he was accused of promoting those substances. He was recently arrested by Noida Police in connection with the same, and charged with violation of the NDPS Act, as well as charged under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, and for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
In case you are not unaware, Elvish Yadav is a YouTuber by profession, who initially made comedy sketches, but stormed into the limelight when he appeared in the 2nd season of 
OTT
Only a couple of weeks ago, a controversy around his interaction with Bigg Boss winner Munawwar Farooqui escalated into a fight with fellow social media influencer Maxtern, for which Elvish was booked by Haryana Police as well.
