. It seems that there is no possibility for the Hindi movie to be released in Karnataka. The issue surfaced in the legislative council at Belagavi district. The noted icon Leher Siingh MLC put forth the issue in the legislative council. There has been a request to the government of Karnataka to stop the movie release. As a matter of fact, the decision to stop the movie release is not in the hands of the government.
The censor has to come up with the decision. The Karnataka Home Minister Ramalinga Reddy stated in a comment that necessary steps will be taken up to control the law and order scenario during the time of release of Padmavathi. In a development, the Supreme Court has issued an order not ot disturb the movie when the censor certificate is being given. During release of the movie on December 1st, a bandh has been declared. In a development, in Bangalore Freedom Park there was a meeting with respect to stalling the movie release. The meeting was held on Wednesday.
