. Flautist Bapu Padmanabha who made his Kannada debut as a music director with the movie won the award for his compositions. He said that he was very thankful to the director Nagabharana for making him totally free.
The joint venture of Allama happened over three years even before the making of the movie, and it continued with the making of the movie. He said that he would divulge the visuals for each scene and would plan the background score in a suitable manner. Allama happens to be one among the favorite subjects, and it provided him immense happiness to work on the movie. With blessings from Guru, he was able to convert the vachanas.
