There have been a number of movies in Kannada which have been made on a lighter vein. The upcoming flick Sathya Harishchandra has a man who utters number of lies to get out of difficulties and troubles. The movie is sure to send across ripples amidst the audiences. The movie has comedy actor Sharan doing the lead role. Few days before the movie release, the press approached him. There was discussions with the makers of the movie K Manju and Dayal Padmanaban. There was a shooting sequence which happened in Portugal.
Sharan made a statement that the way his character I s portrayed in the movie is different. There is social awareness in the movie The last 20 minutes, which happens to be the climax is deeply moving. There are two female leads in the movie as

and Bhavana. But the main hero of the movie happens to be Portugal where the scenes were shot. More than half of the movie’s portions were shot in Portugal. As per the script, some scenes needed to be shot in a foreign country. The locales in Portugal suited the requirements.
