Yuvan speaks as Gowdru Hotel is launched

Gowdru Hotel is an upcoming flick in Kannada. The movie happens to be the remake of a Malayalam hit movie Ustad Hotel. The movie schedules began on Sunday morning at a posh hotel in the vicinity of Bengaluru. The film is a production by Satish Reddy, Ramesh Shiva and Satyan. The movie is a directorial venture by P Kumar. The cinematographer for the movie is Shiva. There are other stars in the movie as Rachan Chandra, Vedika and Prakash Rai.

The movie’s director Kumar spoke to the reporters and said that the movie had been scheduled for a year back. The Malayalam flick stars Mammootty’s son Dulquer Salman and Nithya Menen. The director said that the rights of the movie were obtained to remake the movie in Kannada. He said that the film will be shot in Bengaluru, Kundapura and Mysuru. The music for the movie is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is the son of music maestro Ilayaraja.

Yuvan said that he had an emotional link with the Kannada cine field since his father began his profession as composer in the state of Karnataka.
