On 12th September, an illegal banner kept on the road fell on the techie, Subashri, who was riding on her two-wheeler. When she lost her balance and fell, a water tanker that came behind her, rammed over her. Following the huge opposition all over, disciplinary action was taken against the Pallikaranai Police Inspector Azhagu, as he failed to take action on the illegal banners that were kept on the 200 feet road. Now, the ADMK functionary Jayagopal, who placed the banner, is said to have been arrested. He was found hiding at his relative’s house in Denkanikottai in Krishnagiri district. Jayagopal was an ex-councilor. Will the right action be taken? We have to wait and watch!
