A couple of years back, due to some misunderstanding, Sudeep and Priya filed a divorce petition mutually. After filing the petition, they hadn’t visited the court, even after the court called them for nine times. However, their advocates appeared before the court and stated some reasons for their nonappearance. Recently, the case came to the hearing and the judge ordered them to appear in person and if they fail to oblige, they have to face some charges, said the judge.
