Yes, a complaint had been launched in a police station in Banaras, Uttar Pradesh against Kamal. Cases have been filed against the actor in the following sections of IPC: 500, 511, 298, 505(C) and295 (A). He has been alleged for speaking against the religion and spreading false propaganda. In the recent times, Kamal Haasan has been showing a lot of interest in the social activities and has been commenting the politics on his Twitter. He also announced that the process of launching his party is underway. The actor has announced that he would have a special meeting with his movement members on 7th November, his birthday. Probably, it would be the day, which he announces his political entry.
