Although the film was announced a couple of years back, the shooting was delayed, as the director quit the film. Later, the film shooting started in Mumbai with another director and it was wrapped up last year. But, the fans were disappointed much, as they weren’t announced about the Hollywood debut of their matinee idol. Finally, the teaser is ready and Dhanush posted it on his Twitter and captioned, “Here is the teaser poster of “the extraordinary journey of the fakir” .. my first English film. It’s been an extraordinary journey indeed. THIS SUMMER. @LRCF6204 hope you guys like it.”
