The case about the 18 MLAs disqualified by the Assembly speaker had been in the court. The final verdict was about to be made today. To pronounce the verdict, the High Court chief Justice Indra Banerjee and Justice Sundar, came to the court today. This case stood as the seventh in the row. After reading the verdicts for the Aravakurichi by-poll case, the judges came to the disqualification case. When the Chief Justice Indra Banerjee read the verdict that the disqualification by the Speaker is right, the judge Sundar pronounced it as wrong. As both the judges declared two different verdicts, they suggested the case to another judge. When the entire political parties in Tamilnadu were highly expecting the verdict, the judges confused everyone!
