It is already in the news that Sandakozhi collaboration, Lingusamy and Vishal are teaming up for the sequel retaining Rajkiran from the previous part. While the female lead in yet to be finalized stars like Sathyaraj, Satish were almost confirmed to play the pivotal roles in the sequel. But all of a sudden, Lingusamy has signed to direct Paiyaa remake in Bollywood featuring 'Most loved baddie in Kollywood'

as the lead and the dotted line were also signed by the Anjaan Director last week. Now that puts a question among media that Does Lingusamy drops Sandakozhi sequel plans?
Though the answer is yet to be out this should be noted that during a promotional activity of Paayum Puli Vishal said that "The discussion on Sandakozhi 2 is still going on, I'll take the project only after I'm fully satisfied with the script". As a director Lingusamy's recent works didn't impress the audience does it reflect in Sandakozhi 2 as well? We need to wait for some more time for the answers...
