, the James Bond Star passed away today in Switzerland, after battling with cancer. He was 89 years old. His children confirmed his death news. Born in 1927, the English actor has started his career as a model. In the early 50s, he was one among the top models. Later, he worked with MGM. After entering as James Bond, Roger Moore’s life started moving towards a right path. Moore said that for every success, luck plays a pivotal role. Although there is talent, without luck nothing could be achieved, said Roger Moore. Roger got the opportunity to play the James Bond when he was busy with his TV Shows. Initially, he denied doing it, due to his busy schedule. After Sean Connery had got down from the role, the luck knocked at his door, once again. If Moore had not accepted doing the role, he would not have become popular, worldwide. Moore is married to Kristina Tholstrup and the couple has three children. Our deepest condolences to Moore’s family! May his soul rest in peace!
