is one among the noted actresses in the Tamil cine field. She filed a petition requesting for compensation of Rs 2 ½ crore from an oil company. But, het Chennai High Court has dismissed the petition filed by her. Kajal Aggarwal has done a number of movies involving Dhanush Starrer Maari and Vijay Starrer Jilla. In a petition that she filed in the High Court, she said that agreement between her and a coconut company had been violate and the advertisement was relayed in a private television channel. Since the company violated the agreement, they have to pay a compensation of Rs 2 ½ core t o me.
The magistrate who went through the case said that the license is with the oil company. As per the law, very since the day the advertisement was taken, the rights and license belong to them for sixty years. Thus, the magistrate dismissed the petition by Kajal Aggarwal. In protest against this, Kajal Aggarwal filed a petition in the Chennai High Court. The magistrates went through the case. The magistrates said that already a notice has been served to the oil company. They have not made a reply. So, till the hearing his over, the verdict by the magistrates is cancelled.
