Kamal requests Modi to change the mindset of the people and set the CMB before the Karnataka elections. Kamal also stated that he had written a letter to Prime Minister Modi, in which he included the things which he left out in the video. In total, Kamal requests the PM to set up the CMB and win the hearts of the people.
