Ramalinga Reddy writes a letter to the Karnataka DGP and Police Commissioner of Bangalore to provide the security to Deepika Padukone and her family. In his letter, he stated that Deepika has acted as per the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s direction and there is no need to blame her. If there is any issue relating to the distortion of history or the Rajputs being degraded, the central government could give direction to the CBFC regarding this. The people, who are against the film and threaten Deepika should not take the law into their hands. If they are against the democracy, then they deserve the punishment. If Deepika or her family is in Karnataka, take all the measures for their safety and they should not be troubled, stated the Karnataka Home Minister.
