’s party. Of late, Kasthuri is registering opinions about her social and political issues. Now, she has created a sensation by meeting Kamal Haasan in person. Reports are abuzz that Kasthuri is to join Kamal Haasan’s party. When Kasthuri was asked about this, she answered. Reports went abuzz that I am going to join the DMK political party. Now, they are saying that I am going to join Kamal Haasan’s party. I met Kamal Haasan on his birthday and congratulated him.
I would not take any immediate decision and join any political party. The prevalent scenario is such that politics is considered a bad word. The politicians have become like that. I am an ordinary woman and I am not a politician. I desire that there should be a change apart from the politics in our country. Some good people are now becoming politicians. I do not desire being Lord Rama. I desire being a squirrel. Some among the Tamil people commit self-immolation. This causes much pain to me. It is everybody’s wish that there is good change in the politics.
