A complaint had been lodged against Latha Rajinikanth Born as Latha Rangachari, Latha is a philanthropis >> Read More... , the wife of Super Star Rajinikanth by the Ad Bureau Advertising at a Police Station in Bengaluru. They have lodged the complaint stating that, Latha got an amount of Rs. 10 crore from them, to provide them with the “Kochadayan” rights; but never gave them the rights. They have not filed any FIR, but approached the magistrate to recommend the police to file FIR on Latha Rajinikanth. 

In June Latha Rajinikanth appealed to cancel the FIR; but the court rejected her appeal. Then Latha moved to the high court and argued that, she has nothing to do with the movie; it is the movie produced and directed by Soundarya Ashwin and Co produced by Rajinikanth. The Judge Rathnakala accepted the argument and stayed the proceedings for 6 weeks. And now Latha is temporarily relieved from this matter.
