has been screened across the globe. The movie was screened in Bangalore Malleswaram Sri Radhakrishna theater yesterday. The members of Kannada outfit conveyed their protest to the release of the Tamil movie. They shattered the Mersal banner. Also, they deleted the messages in Tamil which were in praise of Vijay.
Due to this, there was a clash between Vijay fans and Kannada outfits. Due to the clash the screening of the movie was stopped in the theater. The Karnataka police rushed to the spot and controlled the agitation. Then, a police protection was put in the area. The same way, in Mysore, the Kannada outfits protested against the release of the movie in the theaters. Following that, the movie has been stalled from release there also.
