The film is bankrolled by a Dubai-based business tycoon and the budget is Rs. 1000 Crores. It is also stated that the film will have the celebs from all the popular film industries and Mohanlal will play the central character, Bheeman. While the film created a huge expectation among the audiences and the film industry, Kerala Hindu Aikya Vedi has started to protest against the title. Unless the film is based on the original Mahabharata, written by Vyasa, it should not be titled as Mahabharatam, said the movement. What is the next step by the film team? Let us wait and watch!
