NEET is the entrance test for the medical courses, nationwide. The results were about to release, a few days back. But, a case was filed in Madras High Court’s Madurai bench that the question papers were not the same for all the languages. Except for Hindi and English, all the regional question papers had a different set of questions. Stating it as inequality, a case had been filed and the Madurai bench ordered the CBSE not to release the results. But, the CBSE filed a case in Supreme Court stating that the delay in release has been delaying the medical counseling and it affects the students to choose their career. Following this, the Supreme Court permitted the CBSE to announce the results and canceled the order by the Madurai court.
