State Bank Of India laid a new rule that the customers should maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 5000 and if it is not maintained, they will be charged for that. Even before the customers hadn’t come out of the shock, the Bank announced that it will charge Rs. 25 for the withdrawal from ATM, every time. Besides this, the customers will be charged Rs. 25 for exchanging the torn and old notes worth Rs. 5000 and more
