.” Vijay fans are highly expecting the movie and have started booking their tickets. The film has been facing a lot of troubles, yet the makers are cool. With just four days to release the movie had stuck with a big issue. It was stated that the team didn’t submit enough evidence to the Animal Welfare Board regarding the Pigeon seen in the film and hence they didn’t provide the No Objection certificate to the film. The Animal welfare board had issued a notice to the Censor Board that how could they issue a censor certificate without getting a No Objection certificate from Animal welfare board. Now, the censor board has replied that they haven’t issued any censor certificate, but just watched the film. Censor Board officers also reported that they informed the producer that after they submit the No Objection Certificate from AWBI, they will issue the censor certificate.
