, the leader of Viduthalai Siruthaigal Katchi, insists the government bring the semester system to Class XI from this academic year. Instead of the public exams, Thiruma suggests the semester system. He also says, although the government’s new education system is good, it seems to pressurize the students as they have to write the public exams for three consecutive years. He also states that due to the improper education system, many of the students discontinue their studies, says Thirumavalavan.
