In 2014, Preity Zinta complained that Ness Wadia tried to misbehave with her at Mumbai Wankhede stadium during the IPL match. On the basis of this, the police filed a case against Ness Wadia. Following this Ness Wadia filed a petition in Mumbai High Court stating to dismiss the case. The judge suggested Ness Wadia and Preity Zinta discuss and compromise among them. Following this Preity Zinta decided to withdraw the case and hence the Mumbai court dismissed the case, now.
