Viduthalai Siruthaigal Katchi, led by Thol Thirumavalavan The Dalit community's voice and the man of man >> Read More... organized a meeting on 19th February 2017. The meeting was held at Chennai Ambedkar Grounds. The party passed some resolutions in the meeting.
They have requested the new CM to take essential steps to solve the issues faced by the state.

  • The first issue is the farmers’ issue. Many of the farmers committed suicide and their family should be compensated soon. And the next is the NEET exam for the students. The government should send the essential files regarding the NEET exam to the President and get them signed
  • Cauvery issue should be concentrated more and the government should take essential steps to get the solution for the water scarcity. Mullai Periyar problem is yet to be solved.

And the resolution continued with the Hydrocarbon gas issue and the women safety.
