' is one among the noted actors in the Tamil cine field. He is currently into movie Thaana Serntha Koottam. He is pairing up with actress 'Keerthy Suresh' for the movie. When the song sequence was to be shot in Thiruvaiyaru the priests prevented the movie shooting. In Thiruvaiyaru Cauvery river, devotees take bath Also, they perform the rituals for the deceased. Daily about 50 priests participate in the event Yesterday the movie crew of Thaana Serntha Koottam was about to take shooting. They had chased away priests from the area.
Following that, the priests informed the police. Also, they said that Cauvery Padithurai is a holy place. Only rituals could be prioritized. Shooting of the movies cannot be allowed. If anybody violates, we will stage a protest. The police said that although the movie crew had got permission, the shooting cannot be held. Also, they directed the movie crew to conduct the shooting in a day when there are no rituals. Thus, the movie crew was turned away from the spot. It is to be noted that the movie shootings in holy places are usually being prevented.
