The central Government suggested the Tamilnadu government cancel the ration cards if the consumers didn’t purchase the products from the civil supplies stores for more than three months. But the concerned Minister Kamaraj said that it was just a suggestion by the Central government, but Tamilnadu will not follow that. So, the ration cards will not be canceled, said the Minister.
Monorail scheme has been temporarily stopped by the government, announced Minister Thangamani. He said that due to the metro train works and the availability of space, Monorail scheme had been paused.
