. Thenandal Studio Limited produces the film and “A R Rahman” composes the music. The original story of Mersal is revealed now. It is opened up by the makers, Thenandal. Vetri is a magician and he uses the name of Dr Maran and kills some people in the medical department. Maran and Vetri are brothers and they look identical. The police arrests Vetri and put him in jail. Rathnavel, a police officer inquires him the reason for the murders. Vetri says that his dad Thalapathi had built a Hospital for the public and appoints Daniel to run the hospital. And the flashback goes on. During the second delivery, Thalapathi’s wife dies due to the wrong treatment. When Thalapathi inquires this, Daniel kills Thalapathi. Maran was also attacked and he loses his memory. Later, both the brothers kill the villain. Vetri goes to jail and Maran becomes the Indian Medical Council Chairman.
