Supreme Court has concluded a case filed against Sasikala. It was filed that Sasikala should not be appointed as the CM till the DA case gets over. As the verdict is announced and she is in jail, the Top Court announced that now the case is closed.
Sasikala, who is in Parapana Agrahara jail with her sister in law Ilavarasi is not provided with any special preferences. Unless, the court permits, she could enjoy some special offers. Till then, she has to eat the food prepared in prison and to use the dress given by the prison authorities. She has to do works such as making Agarbathis and candles. Rs. 50 will be paid for the work and she could take a week off per week. But, the amount will not be given as cash but could be used to purchase toothpaste, brush and the daily needs.
