Following the protest for her, she announced that she is a Tamil and not against Jallikattu. Later, she announced that her Twitter account has been hacked and hence she deactivated it temporarily. Now, the Nadigar Sangam protests against Supreme Court to lift the ban on Jallikattu. The protest has been held at Nadigar Sangam grounds in Chennai T Nagar.
