, the Urban Development Minister, is set to resign his BJP Membership. Venkaiah has been an ardent member of BJP and had been the Minister in the BJP governments. Venkaiah’s first political designation was from 1978 as a Member of Parliament from Udayagiri constituency. He has been in BJP for the past 4 decades. As Venkaiah Naidu has been announced as the Vice President candidate, he decided to quit his BJP post and is readying to serve the nation as a vice president. Venkaiah also stated that it hurts him to resign from BJP. But, as he is a VP candidate, he feels that he couldn’t belong to any party. Here are Venkaiah Naidu’s tweets:
