In a sudden development, Vijay had a meeting with Tami Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Pazhanisamy. The movie Mersal starring Vijay has created much anticipation among fans and the movie is to hit the screens on coming Wednesday. The censor board denied clearance to the movie since consent was not received from animal welfare organizations for making animals appear in the movie.
Due to the turn of events, there was prevalent doubt as to whether the movie would release on the fixed date. In the sensational scenario, actor Vijay turned up at the Chief Minister’s residence in Greenways Road. He met the Chief Minister and spoke with him. It is ot be noted that there is prevalent anticipation among fans that Vijay enters the field of politics. Reports went abuzz that minister Kadambur Raja was also present during the meeting of Vijay with the Chief Minister. It is to be noted that various other actors are also hinting about entering politics.
