Vishal, who had filed the nomination petition for RK Nagar by-poll was rejected stating that the signatures by two of the proponents are fake. Although Vishal proved it with the audio evidence, the election commission officers were not ready to accept it. Initially, they said that Vishal’s petition was accepted and after he left the place, they officially announced it as void. This made Vishal burn in anger.
