, his nomination form was rejected by the election commission officers. After Vishal proved them that his proponents are threatened, the election officers accepted Vishal’s nomination and permitted him to contest in RK Nagar by-poll. Vishal provided the audio file that had his proponent revealing the people who threatened him. Following the acceptance of Vishal's nomination petition, Arvind Kejriwal, the CM of Delhi, congratulated Vishal. Vishal thanked the election commission and the people, who supported him. Vishal stated that he doesn’t want to mention the name of the people, who threatened his proponents. He also stated that he would meet the people, tomorrow onwards. Vishal also thanked the independent candidates, who supported him. Among the 145 submissions, 71 petitions are accepted.
