According to recent reports, Chiranjeevi recently hosted some Russian delegates at his residence in Hyderabad. While nothing is official about it, there are reports that he wishes to make it easier for most of the Telugu films to be shot in Russia.
Irrespective of region, Indian cinema has had a profound effect on the Russians since 1947. Raj Kapoor had gained massive popularity in Russia for his performance in ‘Anari’.
