is a noted actor in Telugu cine field. The movie Katamarayudu starring the actor hit the silver screens on March 24th, which is a few days ahead of Ugadi festival. The two Telugu states have been celebrating the release in a festive manner. The situation is not different in Chennai. It is to be noted that the movies of all Telugu stars get a huge release in Chennai. But still, Katamarayudu is to hit the silver screens in an unprecedented way.
The appropriate proof is that Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali had 62 shows in PVR multiplexes in Chennai. The movie Katamarayudu has 58 shows which is almost equal to the Rajini starrer. The situation is not different in other main theaters in Chennai. It is to be noted that the movie Katamarayudu has hit the screens in Mayajaal on Friday. Only films of star Tamil heroes have made this feat so far.
