, David Spade, and Rob Schneider. They get information regarding their coach's demise. After thirty years, everyone reunites together with their family. They have a quality time with the friends and the family, and also get to understand the relationships well. Colin Quinn, Adam's opponent during school days, called Adam's team in a friendly match. This time, Adam gives up the game to see Colin happy.
ANALYSIS: Actors and directors in the movie are pretty okay, but the script is weak. The quality of comedy was also missing. Most of the jokes were based on explicit topics and trolling others. Since the movie's genre is a comedy, they even try to make a funeral scene to be humorous. The main base of the movie, the storyline, was so thin. The incidents used were also thin. The flow of the movie was easily predictable from the start.
STAR PERFORMANCES:
Salma Hayek
A standout amongst the most sympathetic performer, >> Read More...
and Chris Rock had nothing to do with this movie. Their characters were underwritten. Rock possessed the smallest role of the other four main characters. His talent was not utilized properly. Sandler with the main role, shined in it. Spade's one-liners were hysterical. Though the chemistry between the friends is natural and good, the chemistry between each of them and their spouse is not satisfying.
WHAT'S THERE? In spite of the jokes being childish and immature, it never fails to entertain the audience.
WHAT'S NOT THERE? The poor scripting and the poor direction fail to gratify our expectations. This movie can be watched without any expectations.Â
VERDICT: These grown up people delighted us with fun, and happened to be a great time pass. Â
