Plot

The movie is inspired by a documentary movie Surviving Mumbai that released in 2009. The movie is about the terrorist attack on the Hotel Taj Mahal in Mumbai on 26 November 2008. Star Performance

The performances of the stars are perfect. Whether it is Anupam Kher or Dev Patel or Armie Hammer or Nazanin Boniadi, everyone had done their part perfectly well.

Analysis

Anthony Maras is a debutant Director. But he doesn't seem to be a newcomer as his directorial venture appears to have been made by an experienced director. Although there are some fictional characters in the movie, the film that is inspired by the real-life incidents and real-life characters, make the audience stick to the seats, till the end. The screenplay is fantastic and the star selection is excellent. The characters are well designed and the stars perfectly fit in the role and impress the audiences. There are some spine chilling scenes that are well crafted by the cinematography and background score. Some scenes make the audience feel as if they are happening in front of them. Thanks to the screenplay and the technical team. With a gripping screenplay and excellent narration, the director has set a good base for his future.
