Plot: The story is about a detective Bennie Chan (Jackie Chan) who is behind a criminal Victor Wong (Winston Chao) since many years. To get hold of Wong, Bennie must catch an American gambler Connor Watts (Johnny Knoxville). Watts, after getting banned in America undertakes his illegal business in China. But Watts get kidnapped, and when Bennie reaches to help him, he mistakes his intentions and burns his passport. How Bennie would succeed to bring Watts to Hong King without a passport and happens after they reach Hong Kong is what the plot is all about.

Analysis: Renny Harlin has directed a hilarious movie. Like a typical Jackie Chan film, it is filled with humour, action, dance sequences, and above all an adventurous ride for its viewers. It has all that audience expects before investing their money to buy a hall ticket. The editing, cinematography, background score, choreography, etc. all are also fantastic. You have to appreciate the casting director too for choosing Jackie Chan because it’s his film. The only thing which lacks is the script. After watching, one may feel that the script and dialogues could have much better than they seem in the flick.

Star Performances: Out of the star cast, the centre of attraction for the audience is Jackie Chan and he like a superstar has performed brilliantly and has lived up to the expectations of his fans. Be it his comedy or action sequence or dance, he is just brilliant. He proves it every time, why he is the King of this industry and till date, he invests a lot of effort to build his character. Jackie Chan overshadows all other actors but they also are great in their roles. Johnny Knoxville, Bingbing Fan, and Eric Tsang all contribute by carrying their role well, but the major chunk goes to our action hero, Jackie Chan.

What's there ????

1. Like typical Jackie Chan movies who can expect action-packed scenes in this venture too.

2. Also, Jackie Chan has been choreographed brilliantly.

3. The flick also gives the audience a golden opportunity to hear Mr Chan's vocal chords.

What's not there ????

1. The story is not that exciting which one expects from Jackie Chan's movie.

2. Due to presence of a star in the flick, all other characters get overshadowed, and same is the case in 'Skiptrace.'

Verdict: If you are a Jackie Chan's fan and have been following his movies, then this one is surely for and is a pure entertainer.
