The story is about two different person whose marriage has been arranged by their parents. They hardly know anything and on their honeymoon, they come across many ups and downs in their relationship and how they try to make things right is the rest of the story.

Plot: Abhay Sachdeva ( Fardeen Khan Fardeen Khan is a former film actor, known for doi >> Read More... ) travels to India to attend and a marriage, while he is in India, his parents arrange his marriage to Ritika (Esha Doel). They both hardly know each other, they travel to Ooty for their honeymoon where they come across four other couples who have also recently got married except for the one couple of Satish Shah Satish Shah is a Hindi and Marathi TV actor. He ro >> Read More... and Kiron Kher, who are in Ooty to celebrate their 40th marriage anniversary. Abhay tries hard to get comfortable with Ritika but fails to do so. He tries to be a gentleman and patient in his approach. He even sleeps on a different bed so that she is not uncomfortable.

On the other hand, other couples have a good time together as most of the knew each before they got married, especially Kiron Kher and Satish Shah. They share a great chemistry with each other and also have a deep connection even after 40 years of marriage, which is somewhere missing in Abhay and Ritika. Abhay and Ritika go through a series of an altercation and small niggles, then finally one day Abhay goes out of the room and realizes how incompatible both of them are. In the end, both of them try to clear out all the differences and finally become a normal couple.

Analysis: If you have ever watched Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd., then you might not find anything in the movie that’ll interest you. As director Meghna Gulzar Meghna Gulzar is among the few female directors in >> Read More... has failed to make any significant changes to the plot of the movie. The wit of Ritika and her excuses every night when Abhay tries to have an intimate scene is quite annoying; the audience just wants to see that intimate seen happening but are left hopeless every time. The movie has its share of light moments.

Star Performances: Fardeen Khan and Esha Doel have totally done justice to their roles in the movie, as Fardeen has been able to be the cool temperamental gentleman, whereas was on par as an introvert and shy girl. The on-screen chemistry between Satish Shah and Kiron Kher is exceptional as the golden couple. Apart from the main characters, the other actors have done a decent job in their cameo roles, but their onscreen presence was hardly felt.

What’s There: The start of the movie is quite good. The music in the movie goes well with all the scenes. As mentioned earlier the camaraderie between the old couple is really complementing.

What’s Not There: The movie lacks a storyline as the film comes as a string of incidents that occur during the honeymoon journey of Abhay and Ritika. The cameo roles of the supporting actors could have more involved. The film fails to differentiate its story to that Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd.

Verdict: The movie is good to watch but only a one-timer, but if you’ve Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd then it’s better to save your precious time and money.
