The highlights of ‘ Tezz Click to look into! >> Read More... ’ is the cast, bringing together the likes of Anil Kapoor Anil Kapoor was born on 24th December 1956 in Mumb >> Read More... , Ajay Devgan Ajay Devgn is an Indian film actor. Ajay Devgan plays the antagonist in the movie. The stunt director is an import from Hollywood, so all this justifies the expectations.

Plot:

Aakash, an immigrant engineer, gets married to Kangana, who plays a British citizen. Aakash is deported from the UK as he is charged with illegal immigration. He joins forces with Aadhil Khan ( Zayed Khan Zayed Khan aka Zayed Abbas Khan is the son of the >> Read More... ) and Megha ( Sameera Reddy Sameera Reddy was born on December 14, 1980, in Ch >> Read More... ) to seek revenge and reign terror in the UK by threatening to blow up a train. Boman Irani as Raina, the Railway control officer, and Anil Kapoor as Khanna, the anti-terrorism officer, try to avert the threat. We witness the cameo of veteran Malayalam actor, ‘Mohanlal’ in the movie as the police officer escorting prisoners in the train. The film follows the ebbs and flows of the happenings on the train, along with the antics of Aakash, and the measures of Khanna to curb Aakash.

Will black and white justice be delivered? Or will the complexity of randomness of the moment win?

Analysis:

The film, which was supposed to be an adaption of the 1970’s Japanese film, “Bullet Train”, is an unconvincing rendition of it. The film comes off as a little clumsy at times. The director (‘Priyadharshan’) and the writer ( Robin Bhatt Robin Bhatt is one of the most successful screen w >> Read More... ) could have come up with a better version of the movie. The “just for the sake of having an Indian mentality” backstory for the antagonist does not give us enough “feels” to empathize with him.

Star Performances:

The film had an array of actors with skills, but the story and the director failed in utilizing them. The misleading item number was not only uncalled for, but also distracting, only adding to our restlessness in wanting to see the end of it all.

What’s there?

1. There is Mohanlal, a veteran actor, who would have done justice to any role he bequeathed.

2. There is a high-speed parkour scene, which is worth a watch.

What’s not there?

1. The film had the likes of Mohanlal and failed to use him.

2. The movie didn’t have a smart or touching back-story for the antagonist.

3. Mindless action and thriller for the lame chills.

Verdict:

Watch ‘Tezz’ if you love action movies which are no brainers, and if you sympathize with maniacal killers with unreasonable backstories.
