It is a hardcore musical thriller which marks the debut of Kirron and Anupam Kher’s son Sikander Kher. It is a good attempt in this genre which will leave the viewer guessing and anticipating what is supposed to happen next.

PLOT

Zara and Jatin are a happily married couple. One day, Zara meets Samir in a pub and asks him to kidnap her so that she can test her husband’s real love for her. Due to his desperate situation, where Samir is under a lot of debt and in dire need of money, he agrees to do this. Zara takes him to Woodstock Villa Click to look into! >> Read More... , the location of the kidnapping and Samir then demands a large amount of money from Jatin.

After receiving the money and returning to the Villa, Samir discovers that Zara is dead. He then received an anonymous call to dispose of Zara’s body and remove all evidence. Will Samir be able to find out what happened to Zara or become a victim in this web of mystery?

Analysis

The movie has an interesting plot and is shot well. The execution is at a level above the mediocre Bollywood films, and the experience is not bad. The cinematography, screenplay, editing – all has been done well, and this is one of Hansal Mehta’s good works.

The songs are a disturbance and bring down the tempo of the film. They just seem like a move that makes you succumb to the industry pressure that says that a movie is incomplete without songs.

Star Performances

Sikander Kher makes a fabulous debut with this film. His performance is remarkable. This was not a simple movie to attempt, and his screen presence just says it all. Neha Uberoi has done a good job as well. She looks glamorous and underneath those looks, lays a good actor with a lot of potentials.

What’s There?

1. A grabbing plotline.

2. Extreme honesty and justice to the genre

What’s not there?

1. The songs are like unwanted guests.
2. An extremely exciting climax is missing. It was good, but could have been better.

Verdict

If you are into a thriller and enjoy it, this movie is a definite watch!
