has announced the film last month and has started to work on it. In an interview, Rakshit has revealed that the movie will be based on an episode of Malgudi days, the famous daily soap we all loved in our children. He also said that he is trying his best to keep the movie in the perfect set and imposter the characters the same as it was portrayed in the daily soap. He thinks it will be more convenient for the people to feel connected to the movie and appreciate it.
The movie will revolve around Swami and his friends and will show the adolescence stage of the children. They try to play cricket with and are very eager to learn it. But, they do not have the required equipment to start it. They look for another alternative and joins a club. But the club expelled them demanding fees for teaching them the sport. Frustrated by this, they collect money by working in a local factory and ordered a cricket kit with which they all will learn cricket by themselves.
Watching them progressing and getting good with their game, players of the club get jealous and starts producing hurdles to restrict them from playing further. Rakshit also said that they have completed the work on the script and are planning to give some masala to the old Malgudi days. Well, to see whether he has succeeded or not, we have to wait till the release.
