Plot: 

Jayasurya does a family man in this movie and as per the story; he is in wedlock with Aparna.   Aakash Muraleedharan Aakash Muraleedharan is a South Indian child actor >> Read More... and Angelina are their children.  Ajoy is a naughty kid and a truant in the school.  The boy creates a ruckus in the school and lands in trouble.  He skips classes so that he could avoid getting punished.  Consequently, the kids are entangled in trouble.   Kunchacko Boban Kunchacko Boban is a handsome young guy who got in >> Read More... , wearing the garb of a cop enters the scene to settle the problems.  From here, the story gains weight, and audiences will be pulled to the edge of their seats to know what happens next. 

Star Performances: 

The main highlights of the movie are child actors Aakash and Angelina.  They have performed their roles with much ease, and with much spontaneity.  Jayasurya has given a very natural performance.  Kuchacko Boban has donned the attire of a cop in the movie.  He fits into his character very smoothly, and his performance is spellbinding.   Aparna Gopinath Peering through her professional looking glasses a >> Read More... has given an outstanding performance as a mom who battles odds.   There are cameo roles done by Nandu and Sudheer Karamana Sudheer Karamana is a Malayalam films’ actor. Analysis: 

There are many such concepts being handled in Malayalam movie.  But, the movie School Bus by Rosshan Andrrews has emerged successfully with a captivating narration.  There is no unpredictable twist in the movie. But, the script writers Bobby and Sanjay have done a decent job such that the movie is palatable to the audiences.  The performances by the artists in the movie add to the movie’s strength.  Both the children and elders alike have given a decent performance.   The camera eyes sweep across the school in the first half. After the interlude, the scenes in lush forests keep the audiences engaged.  

What is there?

• The cinematography has been done by Mualeedharan and proves a fine treat.
• Music composer Gopi Sundar The precious icon of the Indian music industry, Go >> Read More... has come up with numbers in the movie that is above par.
• The editing by Vivek Harshan Vivek Harshan, born on 28 May, 1981 in Kochi , Ind >> Read More... is very crisp and the adds to the plus in the movie.  

What is not there?  

• At times, the background music proves jarring to the ears.
• The dialogues do not have anything fresh to offer and are predictable.  

Verdict:

The movie will prove to be a quality treat if you do not place too much of expectations.
