Samantha appears as a doctor and she excelled in her role. Unlike the template heroine, her role is pretty decent. Vishal has done a smart role as an army officer, who is a short-tempered guy. Delhi Ganesh plays an emotional father and Robo Shankar plays the comedy role and they have played their part, well. Among all, it is Arjun, who gets the massive appreciation from the audiences. His stylish dialogue delivery and the threatening tone are simply superb. He deserves the Best Villain Award.

Analysis

PS Mithran, the director, doesn’t seem to be the debutant. He had handled the film neatly. He beautifully showcases the dark side of digital India. The cinematography, background score and the art direction are highly appreciable. Mithran has made his first attempt boldly with a digital story, which is very much essential for this period.

What’s There?

  • Arjun’s excellent performance
  • Mithran’s bold attempt with a good script
  • Yuvan’s BGM and Williams Cinematography are excellent
  • Perfect execution with neat characterization

What’s Not There?

  • Some logical loopholes should have been avoided

Verdict

The film seems to have been a mass entertainer that could have been attempted by Thala or Thalapathy. Yet, Vishal has done his best. This film is a must watch entertainer for the people, who use the smartphones. If we think that we are only using our mobile phones, we would definitely be disappointed. Yes, the film explains it in detail. Go and watch the film and you will definitely feel it as a good movie.
