Plot
Saravanan is an expert in stopping weddings that happen without the consent of the couples. He stops the weddings and gets the couples married to their loved ones. He fell in love with Selvi, a drama artist. She teaches people a lot of values through her dramas. Their marriage is fixed, and Saravanan doesn’t know that his marriage will be stopped for some reason. Why did his marriage stop? Who stopped it? Will he be able to reconcile with Selvi? The rest of the film speaks about these.
Star Performance
Shirish, Arundhathi, and Mridula did a decent job. Senthil’s cameo role is good. Sathish and Yogi Babu did their roles as usual. But, their comedy didn’t work out much, as it looks outdated.
Analysis
The film has a different story. But the screenplay and execution in the first half are not impressive. The second half is quite decent. The comedy by Sathish and Yogi Babu is not attractive and makes the audience look at the ceiling due to boredom. The music by Dharan is decent. Some scenes look amateurish, and if the director had concentrated a bit on them, it would have resulted better.

Pistha is a simple story with some interesting moments. But, if it had been executed properly, it would have reached a wide range of audience.
