Plot

Veeramuthu alias Veera and Pachamuthu are close pals. They don’t have a particular goal, but want to gain popularity. Veera and Sura Murugan fight for an association to control the area. As Veera couldn’t compete with Sura, he approaches Sketch Sekar to learn the skills needed for the trade. But, his efforts ended up in a mishap and Veera is sent to jail. His jail mate advises him to kidnap the daughter of a don to become a notable gangster. What happened next? Did Veera turn a gangster? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

Krishna has given a decent performance. Karunakaran plays a neatly and this time he is not shown as a comedian, but equivalent to the hero and it seems that he has a bright future. Thambi Ramaiah has got a meaty role to perform. Radha Ravi, Naan Kadavul Rajendran and Aadukalam Naren had given a decent performance.

Analysis

The script by Bakkiyam Shankar is something new to the Tamil film industry. The characters are well designed and Rajaraman, the director, has executed it neatly. The music gives great support to the film. With this film, Karunakaran has turned the second hero and we could expect him in playing meaty roles in the future.

Verdict

Although the film has some unwanted lags, it has a different script and doesn’t make the audiences feel bored. Krishna and Karunakaran combo impresses the audiences and the film is worth watching for once!
